Overview:
Murchison Falls National Park offers superb big game wildlife safaris in Uganda. At about 3,840 square kilometers, it is Uganda’s largest conservation area covered by; Borassus palms, Acacia trees, Savanna and Riverine woodland on the northern bank with the southern sector dominated by woodland and forest patches. Note: On your day of arrival for this Murchison falls Uganda wildlife safari, you will be warmly received by our guide at Entebbe International Airport and be transferred to your overnight accommodation in Kampala. Day 01: Departure from Kampala to Murchison via Ziwa [Approximately 6hours drive].
Start with an early breakfast and your guide will pick you up from the hotel and then transfer northwest of the country to Murchison Falls National Park, through the undulating savannas of Nakasongola. You will break off to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary where you will start off your big game Uganda wildlife safari experience by tracking the White Rhinos (a member of the African Big Five) on foot.
Lunch will be at Ziwa and later continue to Murchison falls via Masindi. On arrival, proceed to the booked accommodation where dinner and overnight will be:

Day 02: Launch trip, Hike to the falls and wildlife viewing on a Game drive
Today after breakfast, proceed to Paraa where you will set-off for a one-way launch cruise along the Nile, to the bottom of the exhilarating falls; along the banks you will spot some game, reptiles and birds. At the end of the launch, you will hike to the top of the falls where you will cool-off in the misty spray of the exploding falls; for stunning safari and Kodak experiences.
In the afternoon after lunch, hit the striking golden savannas on the Northern bank for a wildlife viewing Uganda experience. The bank is characterized by a rich blend of Acacia, Savanna grassland and Borassus Palms- hosting huge game like the African Elephant, Elusive Lion, Jackson’s Hartebeests, Uganda Kobs and many more. Return to the lodge after the game drive for dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Game drive and return to Kampala/Entebbe [Approximately; 6 hour drive]
Take an early breakfast and hit the northern bank for an early wildlife game viewing session, for opportune moments to watch the kings (Lions and Leopards) of the savanna plains before they return to their hideouts. The wildlife safari game drive signs off your Murchison falls Uganda safari and later leave for Kampala and on arrival, you will be dropped off at the hotel or Airport for your flight.
