On this 4 days Murchison Falls Uganda wildlife safari, you will go game viewing in Murchison Falls National Park, Chimpanzee tracking in Budongo Forest reserve and a detour to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary to track the White Rhinos on foot safari which is worth the time.

The park is Uganda’s largest conservation area, it covers an area of over 3840 Square Kilometers, concealed by Borassus palms, Acacia trees, Savanna and Riverine woodland on the northern bank while the southern sector is dominated by woodland and forest patches. Murchison Falls national park is a premier Uganda wildlife safari destination commonly known for game viewing wildlife safaris, with variety of wildlife especially mammals viewed on safari drives through the northern game circuits and on launch cruises along the majestic Nile.

Note: On your day of arrival for this Murchison falls Uganda wildlife safari, you will be warmly received by our guide at Entebbe International Airport and be transferred to your overnight accommodation in Kampala. Day 01: Departure from Kampala to Murchison Falls [Approximately 6hours drive].

Start with breakfast at the hotel; and meet with the guide here, later transfer to the northwestern part of the country to Murchison Falls National Park. You break-off in Nakasongola, to the wilds of Zziwa where you will track the White Rhinos (the first member of the African Big Five you will see on your safari) on foot with a ranger.

Have lunch here, continue to the park and on arrival, proceed to the booked accommodation where dinner and overnight will be:

Day 02: Launch trip, Hike to the falls and Game drive

After breakfast, proceed to Paraa where you set-off for a one-way launch cruise along the Nile to the bottom of the astonishing falls. You will spot some game, reptiles and birds along the banks. At the end of the launch, you will participate in an adventurous hike to the top of the exploding falls where you will cool-off in the misty spray, the top of the falls present stunning Kodak moments on this Murchison Falls Uganda safari.

In the late afternoon you will hit the golden savannas on the Northern bank for a safari game drive where you will see wildlife like; the African Elephant, Elusive Lion, Jackson’s Hartebeests, Uganda Kobs and many more. Day 03: Game drive and Chimpanzee tracking

Today you will have another game drive in the early hours to track more wildlife. The morning presents more opportunities to find the predators before returning to their hideouts and early grazers that frequent the fresh grasses.

Later transfer to the southern section in the direction of Budongo Forest Reserve where you will track Chimpanzees in Kaniyo Pabidi sector. This mahogany and iron wood forest reserve hosts large numbers of primates and birds that you may encounter.

Day 04: Travel Back to Kampala or Entebbe. [Approx. 6 hours drive]
