Kidepo Valley National Park [KVNP] is a finest wilderness safari destination. It is a Gem in the remote Northern corner of the country, an oasis in the semi desert. The park is traversed by large sand rivers, which are known to host a huge population of game, there are over 77 mammals with unique species such as Cheetahs, birds like the Ostrich among others. It is one of Uganda’s most decorated National Park with a number of International Accolades such as being Africa’s Number 3 among the 10 best National Parks in 2013 from CNN Travel, Africa’s second most beautiful Park out of the top 8 safari destinations of 2018 by CNN, it offers everything from safari drives, foot safaris, hiking and community encounters. It hosts the raised Morungole Ranges at 2750metres offering challenging hikes to lucky visitors who make it to this park.
Note: On your day of arrival, you will be met and received by our guide at Entebbe International Airport and be transferred to your overnight accommodation in Entebbe. Day 01: Air transfer North wards to Kidepo [Approx. 21/2 hours]
Have an early breakfast at your overnight accommodation in Entebbe then transfer to Kajjansi near Entebbe for a domestic flight north of the country to Lomej Airstrip in Kidepo Valley National Park. The flight to this side of the country rewards visitors with pleasant and scenic aerial views of the Pearl of Africa. On arrival, you will be transferred to the lodge, check-in and head for a stunning game drive in this beautiful wilderness park.

Day 02: Full day of activities in the park; cultural encounter and Morungole hike
Have an early breakfast, today you will explore the park diversity including a taste of the Karamojong culture. Leave the lodge with packed lunch boxes, take part in a morning game drive looking out for more game to add on your safari checklist. You later have a taste of the African culture when you visit Karamojong homesteads. Discover the treasures of this cultural group. In the late afternoon, you go for a hiking adventure to the Morungole ranges-a sacred home of the mysterious Ike people; the summit command beautiful view of the park and Karamojong plains. Return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Game encounter around Apoka and Transfer back to Kajjansi.
Today after breakfast, go for an early game viewing expedition on a foot safari around Apoka for a close range encounter of the wildlife that congregates here. This presents you opportune moments to see Zebras, Reedbucks, Buffalos and Elephants among others.
Return to the lodge in the midmorning hours, checkout and transfer to Lomej airstrip for your flight back to Kajjansi and be taken to the hotel or Entebbe Airport for your flight. Meal Plan: Breakfast & Lunch. End of Safari
